Dogo Charlie is a well known Kenyan musician who has just left most Kenyans wondering how his cover songs are really hitting. He almost outshines some of the original songs especially when he does a cover. In the "WCB", where Diamond Platnumz is a boss,he has really made it by almost singing all the famous songs. The most common songs like the recent one " Number One" which he made a cover is really performing well and moving at a fast rate.
The plain truth is that this guy is creative enough because whatever he does in the covers include comedy. This part of being a comedian in music is what most Kenyans admire. Look at a song he did later after the owner Zuchu who sang "Sukari". The cover by Charlie is really amazing than even the original one.
In short, music as an industry doesn't only need a talent. It needs even comedy and creativity and this is the most amazing part of it all. If we find two or three guys like him, then be sure music is really turning out to be a jovial zone. I know most Kenyans admire funny platforms. That is why we encourage more of the Kenyans to be man and creative enough. For sure, things have really changed upon this guy and am sure he's now eating from a big spoon like nobody's business. A journey truly has to begin by the very first step.
