This afternoon, former Machakos first lady Lilian Nganga has advised the public of taking note of the dark side of gratitude, as she further revealed what it can do to someone. Gratitude is the act of bring thankful for a person or something. Lilian has been on the public eye for a while now, after her messy divorce with doctor Alfred Mutua was witnessed online.
From her latest Instagram posts, we can say that she is currently happy where she is, as she is always seen posting positive things. She is also in a happy relationship with her current boyfriend Juliani.
Speaking on what bad gratitude can do to someone, Lilian stated that it happens when people are grateful for what they have that they forget they have a right and responsibility to work towards something better.
"It makes us stay in unhealthy jobs, toxic relationships and friendships and tolerate abusive parents. She then went ahead and advised the public to be wise of the kind of gratitude they give.
