Of late, there are so many tragic incidents that are happening in the country. Social media pages look like obituaries as families lose their loved ones to Covid-19 while news stories are full of horrifying incidents.
This has caught the attention of popular vernacular TV presenter Nyoxx Wa Katta. Taking to her official Facebook page, the self-declared Queen of Mugithi raised concerns over the evils happening in the country.
Nyoxx said that every time she logs on Facebook, she is welcomed by sad news of family members losing their loved ones to Covid-19 and when she scrolls down, her heart breaks down after coming across so many heart-wrenching posts.
"You log on FB and the first three posts are of family members saying RIP to a loved one. you get sad. The next post is of a man that has killed another man in a love triangle. Scroll down a bit find a post on police brutality and Kenyans demanding for action. This hurts for sure.. Before you finish reading you are tagged on a post where a woman has been killed by an estranged husband and her body cut into pieces ......the pain is so much, " she wrote in part.
According to Nyoxx, some of the tragic incidents happening in the country look like scenes out of a horror movie. She further added that her heart bleeds for Kenya and asked for prayers.
