Elisane Silva, who is known as the tallest woman in Brazil, has attracted interest from people all over the world. Even her TikTok account now has more than 3 million subscribers.
She is the tallest person in her family and is even taller than Francinaldo Da Silva Carvalho, who is five years older than she is. She is 6 feet and 8 inches tall, whereas her partner is barely 5 feet, 8 inches.
She has a benign tumor on her pituitary gland that developed while she was still growing. Her body produced too much growth hormone as the tumor expanded. The scientific term for this is gigantism.
She was greatly affected by this, and despite getting married, she still endured discrimination because of her extremely large stature. But as time went on, she learned to appreciate and even make use of her height by creating wildly successful TikTok videos.
Years ago, she promised to tell her story on television, and the major TV network offered to pay for her medical exams. Here are a few of their pictures.
