The Royal Media Services is the biggest media station in the country as well as in the East African region. One of its most popular station is the Citizen TV that has entertained Kenyas for over 10 years now. The Macharia led media house has today announced that one of their top journalists will be leaving after working with them for 13 Years.
Bernard Ndong is a sports journalist at Citizen and today his colleagues prepared a send off party as he will no longer be serving with them. It is a painful moment to see one of your colleagues leave after knowing each other for long and each of the journalists at Citizen had their words to say about Ndong.
Bernard said that his biggest and unforgettable moment at the station was when he presented the media house at the FIFA World Cup in Russia and Brazil. After making his final broadcast on Sunday morning, he was presented a goodbye cake by senior journalists of the media house; Wahiga Mwaura, Francis Gichuri and Mary Mukami.
The three described him a hardworking person and said that his presence will be dearly missed. They wished him great luck in his next phase of life away from the media. Follow the page for more news updates daily.
