A Kenyan man reached out to K24 seeking advice on what to do concerning his current predicament. He claims to have been married for seven years to the mother of his children but now he's contemplating filing for a divorce. The young man in his early 30s claims to have fallen in love with another woman. He states that for a long time, he had been unemployed and had no source of income. The wife had taken on the financial responsibility of the husband and used to pay the rent, fees and cater for all the family needs. By a stroke of luck, the wife got a connection with a former schoolmate who's currently a businessman and the husband landed a job. The man claims to have jumped to the opportunity even though it was a junior position. Through hard work and dedication, he rose through the ranks and got to a position where he was making 250,000 Kenyan shillings per month. He states that he currently uses a portion of that money on the other woman. 75,000 Kenyan shillings to be exact. 30,000 goes to paying rent and the rest for upkeep. He claims to have fallen in love with this other woman because she's more beautiful and hardly quarrels, unlike the wife. The young man also claims to have lost all desire for his wife. Here is a screenshot of his message asking for advice.
