Daniel Moi was one of the most important people in the country, but like everyone else, he had problems with his family.
One of the most controversial things about his family is that his own daughter, Doris Chepkorir, married someone he didn't like.
Doris is one of Moi's daughters, but few people know much about her.
Doris got married when she was young to Ibrahim Kiptum Choge, who was her brother Jonathan Moi's close friend and co-driver in safari rallies.
But even though they got married, Moi was very against it because he didn't like Choge, who later became his son-in-law.
Also, it seems interesting that Choge was the son of Simeon Kiptum, a former assistant minister who was a close friend of Moi.
Choge died in a car accident after they were married, but his father said it was all a set-up.
