The whole of Kirinyaga is currently celebrating after one of their own Martha Karua was nominated to be the running mate of Raila Odinga.
His father Jackson Karua is currently a happy man, and speaking live on Citizen Tv, Jackson said that Karua has been a very good and optimistic girl since she was young and they knew that one day she will make them more proud.
Jackson said that he is determined and very sure that Karua will perform very well and she will help Raila in fighting corruption if Azimio La Umoja brigade wins the election.

Jackson also thanked almighty God for making their prayers come true. The humble and happy man said that Karua is a leader and she is very keen in whatever she does. He wished her daughter all the best and said that he is smelling victory on 9th August.
