Kenyan legendary footballer has revealed that he went broke after spending close to Ksh 124 Million on his mother and brother's treatments. The Harambee stars former captain is among celebrated footballers in Kenya.
Through an interview done by one of Kenya's top media houses, Oliech stated that he spent Ksh 40 million on his mother's and Ksh 84 million on his brother Kevin's cancer treatment.
Oliech further revealed that he sold almost everything he had earned through football oversees so as to take care of his family's medication needs. Having played in France and Italy, Oliech was known to drive very big cars and live in mansions but explained how life changed after his brother and mother fell sick.
The father and husband lost his brother Kevin recently through cancer. Despite his age he still plays for a local club in the country and is sometimes called to play for Harambee stars and also help in trainings.
