Joyce Maina Reveals She Undergoes Medical Procedures For Her Admirable Flat Tummy

In the opinions of many, beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder.

However when it comes to Kenyan actress-cum-media personality Joyce Maina, we can all arguably agree that she is indeed very ravishing.

Her stunning looks which includes her curvaceous body figure, have infact always left many men glued to their televisions whenever she co-hosts the Switch TV entertainment show dubbed 'Chatspot' on weekdays.

However her admirable appearance hasn't been served to her on a silver platter. She has infact worked hard for it, and a good example is how she has been wearing waist trainers.

Recently however, Joyce Maina revealed that she also goes for a medical procedure in order to get rid of her belly fat, which in turn results to her having a flat tummy.

This was via her insta stories, where the actress uploaded a short video clip of her lying on a bed whilst undergoing an undisclosed procedure.

And while she asked her fans to make a guess, it was already clear that it was the ultrasonic cavitation (ultrasonic lipolysis) procedure due to the type of equipment used.

It is infact a non-surgical cosmetic procedure that is used to break apart fat deposits in the body, and thus works well in the areas of localized fat like the abdomen, thighs or hips.

Ultrasonic radio waves are used in the process to break apart fat cells, and these are later absorbed into the body through the lymphatic system.

Through the process the fat deposits are concerted to glycerol and free fatty acids. While the former is reused by the body, the latter is taken to the liver and excreted as waste.
