The Migori based artist has decided to take his music to another level. He has been making airwaves all over the country.His tone, beats and voice have been a source of attraction to music lovers especially in his home county. He has been a talk of town in recent times especially as he is planning to release his first Album on 21st this month.
Lucas Odhiambo alias Villager Rais is the next big artist to watch out as his songs can not be ignored. He has already released more than five songs in a span of one year.The hardworking artist who is currently working on his album in Nairobi disclosed the news to me via a phone call. The soft speaking Odhiambo says his dream is to make his ohangla rhumba music a force to reckon in the coming years. He is aspiring to reach the heights in his music career.
The singer says his success has been based on hardwork, determination, prayer and self believe. He claims that, his first stage performance was so amazing that he could not believe himself. He has been performing in various counties in the Nyanza region especially in Kisumu, HomaBay,Migori and Kisii. His recent performance before flying to Nairobi was in a small town of Rongo,his home town at the moment.
His intention is to produce an album with two new songs. He terms the project as an extended play. The two new songs are Crushie and Herambese. His fans have been licking their mouths as they wait for Friday's new project.The songs will be produced by awicko eng and the beats by Alfonso.
