Controversial Kamba musician Stephen Kasolo alias Kitole is on the spotlight yet again after formally declaring his bid in politics.

As per the photos of his campaign reflectors, the famous gospel singer will be vying for the Mulango ward seat in Kitui county.
"Neno moja.... maana safari imeanza na tunasonga" he has said via his official Facebook Page.

Kasolo who will be joining the political as arena for the first time seems that he will be run as an independent candidate as he has not yet revealed the political party he might use ahead of the August polls.

The gospel musician joins a host of entertainers who have ventured into the political world.
The entertainers will be be seeking to use their popularity as is no doubt that they stand a huge chance against their opponents who will have to struggle to make themselves known to the electorates before starting to sell their agenda.
