Diamond Platnumz AKA Simba Dangote and the CEO of the fastest growing music Label in East Africa Wasafi Records has today hit back at Forbes for issuing false information about the Artist's net worth.
Forbes last week issued a list containing Africa's richest celebrity artist. The list entailed almost all of the big names of Africa's top notch artists including Kenya's controversial artist Akothee.
The list categorized the Wasafi Boss Diamond as being the 28th richest African artist with a net worth of only 5.1 million dollars.
The Wasafi boss was not pleased by the reports Forbes released. He felt kind of degraded by Forbes who perhaps didn't know the kind of wealth the "Nataka Kulewa" Singer actually possessed.
Speaking on his Instagram today, Platnumz said, "FORBES: next time google me to know what am really worth of, before putting me on your Stupid Richest African Musicians List!!!"
This comes just hours after the singer was signed by South Africa's leading music Label Warner Music.
As Diamond Platnumz fans, Do you think Forbes gave a false list on Diamond's net worth or is he just disappointed that he didn't make it to the top 10?
