After Three Years of Marriage, Cardi Has Filed for Divorce From Offset

Cardi B has petitioned for a separation from her better half Offset following three years of marriage. 

A rep for Atlanta's Fulton County Clerk of Superior and Magistrate Court affirmed the news on Tuesday (Sept. 15). 

As indicated by a report last evening, Cardi, born as Belcalis Almanzar, filed the paperwork in Fulton County court today against the Migos member, whose real name is Kiari Cephus. Cardi is recorded as the offended party while Offset is named as the respondent. 

Cardi B's divorce involves summons to Offset, which must be replied within 30 days of the day the complaint was at first documented. In the event that he neglects to do so, judgment will be taken against the Atlanta based rapper for the alleviation requested in the filling. An automatic standing order, which applies to all separation cases document in the Family Division of the Superior Court of Fulton County, was recorded also. 

Cardi is likewise is requesting a part of the benefits she and Offset obtained while wedded, both substantial and immaterial, notwithstanding the debts they've collected being split similarly.
