The main presenter of the program Gidi and Ghost Asubuhi on Radio Jambo, Joseph Ogidi popularly known as Gidi has lost his nephew.
Gidi disclosed that Baby Pendo who is the only daughter of his sister passed away on Sunday evening at the Metropolitan Hospital.
Pendo, who was only 7 years old, died at around two o'clock in the night, on Sunday.
"We had a long night but let me thank the hospital, my neighbor Lawyer and friends who supported us in the process of moving his body to the mortuary," Gidi announced through his Instagram page on Monday morning.
The veteran broadcaster added that the family will release more details about the funeral arrangements and date soon.
He also informed anyone who is interested in providing any kind of help for his nephew's burial to contact him.
