Dr. Chris Kirubi wrote on his twitter page that, "I'm happy to see my team at Capital FM Kenya having a good time. I better see you all on our Monday morning call. Enjoy Diani."
Capital FM which is owned by Dr. Chris Kirubi also released a statement which read, "Living out 'Kadenge' dreams in Diani." This statement mentions the former Harambee Stars striker Joe Kadenge since the employees can be seen playing football on the beach in Diani. Probably they are trying to emulate Joe Kadenge's football dribbling skills during his prime with the Harambee Stars.
Dr. Chris Kirubi and Capital FM should be congratulated for enabling their employees to have some bonding time. This improves workplace projects that require teamwork. After completing team building activities together, employees are able to understand each other's strengths, weaknesses and interests. This awareness of each other's strengths, weaknesses and interests will help them work even better together on projects vital to Capital FM.
The employees morale was also lifted after an acknowledgement from their boss Dr. Chris Kirubi.
