You probably know Phenny Awiti because she is one of the Kenyans who are proud of their HIV/AIDS status.
She is a vocal advocate for persons living with the disease and has even been interviewed by several media houses about her advocacy on matters related to HIV. She also highlights how she has learned to live with the virus, but has been able to raise HIV negative children. She so far has three children, two girls from a previous relationship, and a third born with her current European lover.
So, back to the current story, what has Phenny done? A lady has taken to a Facebook group to expose Phenny for failing to refund her 140,000ksh. The lady had entrusted Phenny with the money, expecting her to buy her beauty products for her business on one of her trips to Germany to visit her mzungu lover. Phenny however failed to deliver on her end, and the lady has been trying for months to persuade her to refund her money without success. That's when she decided to blast her on the Facebook group so that the group members could help her reach Phenny and persuade her to pay the lady her money.
