He revealed that he endured the harsh reality of breaking a 10 years relationship which left him deeply wounded.
Trevor Ombija said that he paid dowry on December 5, 2015, but afterwards the lady left him and made an excuse that she wants to work on herself.
"I tried forcing issues for a while! You know when you are dumped and then you try to insist that you can work it out? Ukiachwa, achika. I have accepted and am fixing myself," Trevor Ombija remarked.
The news anchor asserted that he tried to bring the lady back to himself but the lady declined his request and he had to accept and move one.
Trevor revealed that he is currently single and not looking forward to getting into a relationship since he needs time to heal from his past break-up.
But he confessed that they are still good friends and advised Kenyans to avoid taking their dramas to the next relationship.
However, he said that what is keeping him fit mentally is doing exercises at the gym as it helps him to have a clear mind.
