Meet these Top 3 highest-paid radio presenters in Kenya.

Journalism is a career field that has helped a lot of people. Before the introduction of televisions, radios were the only means of communication. If you do research you would know that even in the digital era that we are living some people still prefer radios as their means of communication. In Kenya, there are those radio presenters from different media platforms who are paid the highest. Let's get to know them.

1. Maina Kageni.

Marina was born on the 29th of June 1974. He is a popular radio presenter at classic I run by Radio Africa group. Maina cohorts alongside a popular comedian Churchill ( Mwalimu keng'ang'I.)

In an interview, Maina said he earns a salary of 2 million per month exclusive of bonuses.

2. Joseph Oyoo ( Gidi gidi).

He is popularly known as Gidi gidi. He is a popular radio presenter at Radio Jambo. Gidi co-hosts with Ghost Melee in a breakfast show called "patanisho". Before joining the journalism field Gidi was a musician. He later decided to focus on journalism which has paid him handsomely because he takes home a total of 2 million Kenyan shillings per month.

3. Jeff Koinange.

He is known for his comic talks. He is loved and admired by many for his presenting skills. In his journalism career journey, Jeff has met prominent people and interviewed them. In April he celebrated his fourth anniversary as a radio presenter at Hot 96, one of the stations under royal media services.

Jeff doubles up as a radio presenter and a citizen tv news anchor. He co-presents alongside Nick Odhiambo. According to the standard, Jeff earns an estimated salary of 2 million Kenyan shillings.
