After Citizen Tv's Maria show was winded up, the actors and actresses have to find new opportunities as they move on with their daily lives. I mean, they can't stop finding other sources of income since they are not meant to earn from the show for the rest of their lives. However, many people find it hard to understand this as they seem to think that the actors and actresses should be too rich to struggle. They keep attacking them every time they post about their new ventures.
Brian Ogana, who is mostly known as Luwi Hausa due to his role in the Marias series, has today faced some criticism after he took to his Instagram account to announce his new venture. In the post, he welcomed advertisers to contact him since he will start advertising small businesses. This was however not positively received by everyone. While most people welcomed the idea and congratulated him, others took the chance to criticize him with one of them claiming that they, the maria series' actors and actresses, are already broke.
I think netizens should be positive and support our artists as they try finding different sources of income. What do you think?
