Popular Guka Wa Inooro Reveals His Source Of Gikuyu Traditional Culture

Guka wa Inooro as he is popularly known is called Waweru, was born in Murang'a county in the former central province. The name guka(grand father) was branded to him because of showing competence on matters of African traditions and culture.
Currently, waweru is a very useful resource person employed by Royal media services affiliated vernacular station Inooro fm where he host a program called 'Menya uduire waku' aired on every Thursday from 11:00am to 12:00am. In addition from his busy schedule, he has an office at Nairobi central business district where he provides guidance and counseling to kenyans
In the program, he discuss cultural values and issues affecting the Gikuyu community such as 'Ruratio' (Dowerly payment ceremony), various taboos and curses among others.
In his facebook page, he has revealed his source of knowledge on the matter of culture, has said he is a servant of God and he get inspiration from lord himself so that he can led his people.
