Naseeb Abdul Juma Issack popularly known by his stage name Diamond Platnumz, is a Tanzanian bongo flava recording artist, dancer, philanthropist and a businessman from Tandale, Dar es Salaam. He is the founder and CEO of WCB Wasafi Record Label, Zoom Extra and Wasafi Media. Diamond has gained a cult following in East and Central Africa.
Today his manger Ostaz Juma Na Musoma who manages the superstar career at one point has left people talking after claiming that he is living a lie.
Speaking to Tanzanian newspaper Simulizi Na Sauti, Ostaz said, “They (artists) should stop it. They fake very many things, Yes, I know I was also part of the process back then, but it should stop. He explained how they used to fake a posh lifestyle and how they would chase clout from that.
He that Diamond is living a lie and everyone believes it. That is how the industry is nowadays. It is part of the route to get to the top. I advise them to stop that and be real.
Diamond who is now the number one enemy to Harmonize who left the Wasafi studios after a misunderstanding arose between them seems to have a big job to convince his fans. What can you say about Diamond's act? Leave your opinion in the comments.
