There was drama in court after the second kenyan president Moi's son went to court after he was evicted from his rental house.
Collins Kibet on Monday, February 7 told the High Court in Milimani that he was evicted last week and that he cannot therefore cater for his needs or his family.
According to the courts, the rent has accumulated for the last six months to a whopping 240k.
The young man also decried that he has also been excluded from the management of his dad's Johnathan Kipekemoi Moi multi billion estate.
Sadly, before his demise, Moi's son had not written any will on how the multi billion estate could be shared.
Collins who is living a troubled life is accusing his stepmother Sylvia Cherotich and stepbrother Clint Kiprono of failing to look after him. He is accusing them of neglecting him despite him being a dependant on the estate left by his late dad, Jonathan.
This back and forth war is now Sparking a vicious property war as the first wife's family now claims its being neglected in the estates management.
Other than Collin's arguments, Jonathan's widow is also facing separate suits from two women who claim to have been married by the deceased.
