Gloria who has been on the Kenyan music scenes since 2005 was still underappreciated in the country and especially Matatus who are dominated with Western world musicians like Rihanna's face.
Her photo was posted by one Kisumu born and Hamburg, Germany based Radio & Television host Carol Kay with caption, "Driving through the city centre in Nairobi and suddenly this Matatu overtakes me. Screaming in excitement and so loving this #GloriaMuliro!"
In the post Gloria Cute face was seen printed at the back side of the Matatu with Sitolia name at the middle and the singer couldn't hide her excitement. In the comments section she reacted like, "Awww this is so humbling. Thanks dear."
Kenyans also took to the same section to congratulate her for the new wave in her music career also praising her consistency in the genre.
Some also went on to suggest it could be the beginning of new phase in the Kenyan music industry which has been flooded with foreign hits.
