Popular Kenyan rapper Julius Owino alias Juliani has shared a video showing how his body is flexible. The seasoned rapper was rehearsing for an upcoming show with his band over the weekend when he performed some acrobatic moves.
He balanced his body with one leg, proving that he is physically fit. He also threw some kicks as he displayed his flexibility
''Getting ready for Lowdar this week. Band rehearsals on, '' he captioned the video on TikTok. Juliani is without a doubt one of the most energetic performers among Kenyan artists.
The energy he displays on the stage is a result of regular workouts. He is a fitness enthusiast and at times, he posts photos and videos on his social media pages working out with his wife Lillian Nganga.
He particularly loves to go on morning and evening walks with his wife, who is also a fitness lover.
