A former Principal of Highway Secondary School has now told the Court that Hon. Oscar Sudi didn't sit for Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examination at the School in 2006 as claimed by the MP.

Oscar Sudi's Academic Certificates shows that he sat for KCSE at Highway Secondary School in 2006 before proceeding to a Tertiary Institution. If the claims made the former Principal of Highway Secondary School, Patrick Maritim are true, then Sudi risk losing his current MP's seat.
