Edgar Obare has yet again exposed another Kenyan celebrity.However this time it is not related to spouse difference or child custody related issues.Edgar Obare today took to his Instagram account to share the story of a young Kenyan who claims to have worked for Chebet but was never paid.Chebet Rono was the subject of the expose today.Those who don't know her, Chebet Rono is a Kenyan entertainer and vlogger who plies her trade by entertaining through her short videos.
It is said that she got into a contract with one Kenyan.His name has been revealed as Wothaya Njau.He said on his Instagram stories that he met Chebet Rono late last year and agreed to work or rather help her in the capacity of a personal assistant.
Chebet Rono however declined to sign the contract that the young man had sent him and therefore decided that they would work on mutual basis.So the agreement was that Njau would work and get paid at the end of it all but there would be no contracts.
The young man however claims that Chebet Rono has dodged issue about payment for a long time now and that prompted him to go public with the matter.A matter that Edgar Obare offered to air on his stories.
The young man went on to add that he was paid in the first month although late,but never got paid in the second month.He then got her a gig with Cadbury and offered to be her manager.Chebet promised to pay her all the accumulated money together but that has never happened.
