Earlier, when former Tahidi High comedy actor Peter Kamau popularly known as Omosh broke his silence and asked for help Kenyans after being unable to pay rent, feed his family due to lack of funds, Kenyan vowed to stand with him to help him get back a good life. According to Omosh, life started being tough immediately they stopped producing the Tahidi High show that was being aired on Citizen TV Kenya.
His touching story went viral as it gathered mixed reactions from Kenyans. Celebrities such as Jalang'o who promised to give him kshs. 1 million, public figure Alinur Mohammed vowed to stand with him financially among other people.
Alinur Mohammed wrote: "I have been touched after watching a video of Tahidi High's Omosh breaking into tears as he pleads for help. He was my favorite actor in Tahidi High thanks to his acting skills. Like many other Kenyans I am going to stand with him financially so that he can bounce back to life."
A few days later, the businessman who is also a politician honoured his promise and handed Omosh kshs60,000 and a kshs.50,000 shopping as seen in the photos. The businessman said that he is ready to help anyone who will be needing his help.
Hon Alinur Mohammed: "Today I honoured my promise to stand with Tahidi High's Omosh by taking goodies worthy KSH.50,000 and KSH. 60,000 Cash to him. He was so happy. I believe in supporting others during difficult times. I will continue to extend my help to anyone whenever I am in a position to do so."
