According to Magoha, President Uhuru Kenyatta is the only one who can change such policies in educational sector adding that the process will continue as they haven't received any directive from the head of the state as a ministry.
Magoha has rubbished his educational secretary principal of University education Simon Nabukwesi claims that the ministry has changed this policy revealing as the head of Ministry is not aware of such.
Magoha added that the process must go on until President Kenyatta come with another policy.
Nabukwesi had claimed before the Parliament lawmakers that the funds government sent to private Universities should be put in public institutions. Nabukwesi argued that Private Universities have received 9billion since the the start of the policy implementation in 2015.
