Form Ones And Grade Four Learners Set To Report On 26th And 2nd August

It is almost one week since schools were closed, both primary and secondary schools were shut down on 16th July, and learners will be at home for one week before they resume learning for first term.

According to the new school calender, both primary and secondary schools are expected to resume learning as from 26th, July this is as from next week Monday. Since schools were reopened, primary school had been without grade five learners and therefore, grade four learners will also resume learning on 26th where they will be promoted as grade five.

On the other hand, as the education cabinet Secretary Prof George Magoha stated earlier, form ones are expected to report in their respective schools as from 2nd August.

Learners finished their third term which had not lasted for long since schools were closed due to corona virus.

As learners prepare to go back to schoo, parents should also take part by making sure they provide all needs so that as learners resume learning, they should not be disturbed.

Some of the things that parents should ensure are well catered, is to make fees is paid on time so that their children are not send home to collect, also personal needs are well provided.
