More than 3.1 million Grade 6, Standard 8, and form 4 candidates are today Monday 28th November 2022 beginning to sit for their final examinations after years of persistent efforts, hard work, and sacrifice. This year's examinations will be unique ones like never due to the inclusion of CBC examinations and it will test the candidate's competence, comprehension, and resilience.
Accompanied by Principal Secretaries Dr. Owino (mining) and Dr. Belio Kipsang (education), the Mining and Maritime CS Salim Mvurya today morning presided over the opening of KCPE Container at the County Commissioners Office in Kisumu for distribution in various schools within the Kisumu County. Mvurya assured all that the government has put necessary measures that will ensure that this year's exam is done peacefully and those found engaging in exam malpractice will be dealt with accordingly as per the law.
Mvurya also took that time to wish the candidates sitting for their exams success.
