
Kenya is guided by the Constitution which clearly outlines the fundamental human rights and freedoms that protect human beings.
Children are entitled to to access free and complusory basic education according to the Constitution.
According to the reliable source from the Standard newspaper dated today 16th January 2023, grade six learners are expected to join junior secondary schools for grade seven studies on 30th January this year, this is according to the report from the ministry of education that is headed by Ezekiel Machogu as the cabinet secretary.
The junior secondary schools will be domiciled in primary schools and according to the reports, the headteachers are rushing to prepare for the facilities for the start of the new term.
The official opening date for the schools across the country are scheduled for next week 23rd January.
In conclusion, grade six exam results that were done at the end of last year are expected to be announced today.
