The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) of Kenya is an Independent government Commission established under the constitution of Kenya to manage human resources within the education sector. It is based in the capital city, Nairobi with offices in the counties.
After realizing that twithin the payroll, there are teachers who are not fully registered,the programe pilot was therefore launched by Dr Macharia and is aimed at weeding out these ghost teachers in the payroll.
The program aiming at Registering large number of teachers countrywide is scheduled to start on March 2022 as per the commission's schedule.
This will promote transparency among the teachers and create an equality among the teaching staffs.
All teachers are therefore urged to turn up in large number for this exercise inorder to submit their details for better services.
