Female Teacher Arrested After she Slept with a Male Student in Primary School, Gave Students Alcohol

Following accusations that she se xually assaulted a student and provided alcohol to others at a Halloween party, a school administrator in Georgia has been charged with multiple se x crimes and risks losing her job. Terry is the Murray County school system's director of Enrollment, Data Collection, and Federal Programs in Georgia.

She has held the position for over 22 years, and her annual salary is about $110,000. On November 23, she handed herself up and was brought into custody. She has been detained there ever since, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. Any youngster under the legal age of consent in Georgia, 16, cannot provide their support. It is unknown how old the students engaged in her case are.

The 43-year-old Rachelle Louise Terry is accused of having sexual contact with one of the children while serving alcohol to minors at the party on ten separate occasions this year. According to The Dalton Daily Citizen, an inquiry was launched on November 9 after Sheriff Jimmy Davenport learned that juveniles had been served alcohol at a Halloween party.

Davenport informed the neighborhood paper that Murray County Schools Superintendent Steve Loughridge called him regarding the party following a parent's complaint. Terry turned herself in on five counts of buying alcohol for underage customers and five counts of encouraging a minor's delinquency.
