Vice-Chancellor Dismisses Allegations By EACC Promising To Give Them Any Information They Need

Moi University administration has dismissed allegations made by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, that it had employed "ghost workers", in the institution.

Speaking to the Standard reporters on Sunday, September 12, the university Vice-Chancellor professor Isaac Kosgey confirmed to them that they had received the letter.

The institution's vice chancellor said, “The letter came in towards the end of last week and we are still trying to establish from the commission what they require from us and since it is an independent constitution we will provide any information they may need from us".

Professor further stated that he has managed to rescue the institution financially since he took office.

Moi university is one of the best universities in Kenya and has best graduates in their different fields of profession.

The institution offers best undergraduate courses thus attracts many students who wish to join the university.

Once investigations are over we will know whether the allegations were true or not.
