Sofar all is well although there have been reported cases of cheating by the education Cabinet secretary George Magoha which have taken the usual discipline and strict measures.
The Cabinet secretary has assured Kenyan's and candidates that everything is well and no exam cheats are going through but fake papers.
Candidates are set to resume to their examinations on Tuesday after the easter holiday.
Focusing on biology, there have been concerns which have been raised about its performance basing in the past years performance by students.
For the last four years, there have been views on how to ensure that this core subject is well performed since being a core subject in medical courses, it has been blocking many students to persue the related courses hence worrying about the future on the number of health practitioners.
This poses questions to the examiners team especially on the grading system if the subject.
Biology is a science like any other science and needs to be treated like other sciences.
This is because an A in biology starts at 80% compared to chemistry which starts at 65%and physics at 60%.
Actually there is a need for change in this subject especially the attitude with the learners towards the subject.
Should the examination body review grading system for biology??share your views.
