Many college and university students mostly depend on higher education loan board which is abbreviated as H.E.L.B for the payment of their fees, this loan is distributed or allocated according to the amount which one has applied for and then disbursement is done two weeks before the start of a new semester.
Over 63,000 Students will pass over H.E.L.B loans. This is unhappy information to the college students who depend on the loans. On the different hand, college students who used to get hold of 45,000 shillings in their disbursements are in all likelihood to ride an amazing decrease.
They will now receive a whole of 37,000. The deductions are unhappy news to mother and father and college students because each of them will combat to elevate the money.
Indeed this is bad news to many students and parents who are highly dependent on this higher education loan board. The government should revise this to make higher education affordable for all.
