Teachers service commision is the biggest Employer of Tutors in the country boasting of over 300000 teachers on it's payroll.
The commission is mandated by the Constitution to register, hire, promote and transfer teachers among other Functions.
Persuant to it's mandate, the commission occationally sends messages to show solidarity with teachers.
The office of corporate communication headed by madam Beatrice Wababu has been at the forefront updating teachers on any development within the Profession.
Today morning, TSC was at it again doing what it knows best to light up teachers who are now overwhelmed with lessons.
Taking to the official Twitter account, the commission started by saluting teachers for the high calling. Teachers were then urged to continue focusing on shaping the lives of learners as the commision promised to Continue supporting them.
Teachers who reacted online imediately reacted differently with some hailing the commission for the concerns as others used the opportunity to communicate their grivances.
Onsase evans wondered where the energy would come from given that TSC has refused to address the plight of Diploma teachers who have Stagnated for long in job groups. He added that Discrimination makes teachers lose morale.
Onsase "Where do you want us to get the energy when you have refused to listen to the plight of diploma teachers. Promote diploma teachers unconditionally to feel motivated and cared for by the employer. The discrimination of diploma teachers may affect their work delivery."
