Kakamega: "Apewe Wheelbarrow Sasa" Netizens Mock Khalwale After His Daughter Graduated

Former Kakamega senator Dr Boni Khalwale has been massively mocked by Kenyans on social media after he announced that his daughter Inger Imbuhila Khalwale had graduated from the University with a Bsc Actuarial Science.

This follows after Dr Khalwale posted a photo of himself and his daughter, moments after the graduation ceremony at the university precincts on Friday, and noted that she had defied all odds in the institution to earn herself Second Class (Upper Division).

"Today is great! Inger Imbuhila Khalwale graduates with BSc Actuarial Science (Upper Second Class) University of Nairobi.

Mama Fina Umina Khalwale & I thank God, Kakamega Hill Junior Sch, Malinya Primary Sch, Limuru H. Sch Loreto & the UON for our daughter's 18 year successful journey," read Dr Khalwale's Friday Facebook post.

However, Kenyans, most of who were his fans took to the comments section to scoff at the popular politician over the fete of her daughter. Majority urged him to issue her a wheelbarrow to Kickstart a job with it. This was a thinly-veilled attack at Dr Khalwale and deputy president Dr William Ruto because the two belonged to the newly-refurbished party United Democratic Alliance (UDA) whose symbol is the wheelbarrow.

"She should be given a wheelbarrow (Apewe Wheelbarrow sasa)," majority of the netizens quipped.

This comes few years after the Ikolomani ex-MP ditched Forum Of Restoration and Democracy Kenya (FORD-Kenya) for Jubilee in readiness for 2022 general election. This came after Dr Ruto announced his presidential bid immediately after his boss president Uhuru Kenyatta was elected for the second time in 2017.
