The principal secretary, Dr. Belio Kipsang gave his remark in regards to school closure on 31st October 2020. In his own capacity, PS Kipsang made it clear that there are no possible chances of closing down schools. In other words, the principal secretary of basic and early learning education meant that the currently reopened schools will carry on as planned, following the underlying calendar without any alteration or change.

The remark have just been made a time when already reopened schools are under a perpetual fear of the novel corona virus.
