According to Raila, who was speaking in Ngecha in Kiambu county on Wednesday, September 15, his government would address healthcare provision, job creation as well as access to education if he becomes the president of Kenya.
"Our children must get quality education, affordable health care. Today, Kenyans are forced to contribute for their sick or dead kin. We want to end that, " Raila said.
He did not forget about mentioning his close rival, DP Ruto. The former prime minister shredded wheelbarrow and hustler narrative currently being advanced by the Deputy President William Ruto and his team.
"Our youths are not looking for wheelbarrow after graduation, we want to get them 21 century jobs. It is not about the jobs, it should be about meaningful engagement. It can be done, " he added.
