Edwin Kangogo was one of the students who sat for the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education, KCSE. He was lucky to score 396 marks and was selected to join the national school, Kapsabet boys.

Despite being joyful about the marks and school, Kangogo's family has lost hope in the ability to raise school fees for their son. Kangogo was raised by a single mother who has been struggling throughout his educational journey. Previously, her mother tried to secure the county bursary but the efforts were fruitlesss.

According to reports on Tuko, the mother of I've explained how she struggled with her five children after the death of their father, 8 years ago.

"The boy is very bright but I don't have anyone to turn to for him to join high school. Even in Primary, he was sponsored by one of my church friends who saw the potential in him but he also cannot afford to support him in high school. Yani hali ni ngumu to sana," Kangogo's mother

Let's pray for the family to find help. Amen
