Chebukati's Latest Decision On Sakaja's Governorship Bid

IEBC has delivered a major verdict on Sakaja's Governorship bid amidst drama on his qualifications. According to IEBC, Sakaja will be on the ballot unless the High Court of Kenya overturned the decision of the dispute resolution committee verdict on his papers.

Here is a link:

This just confirms that a efforts to stop Sakaja from being on the ballot going into the August 9th polls is yet to succeed. IEBC is clear Sakaja is a candidate unless otherwise ruled by the High Court of Kenya.

Sakaja's academic qualifications has been a matter of big concern owing to his many contradicting statements. It's already clear he is saying he graduated from Team University yet he didn't graduate from Nairobi University where he has few units remaining.

Sakaja has remained clear that he graduated from the University of Team but he has also declined his earlier statement on him having graduated from the University of Nairobi. Sakaja's troubles are increasing day by day with all state agents standing firm against him at time the DCI said he will stop Sakaja from being on the ballot by a means possible but it's clear IEBC has refused to bow.
