Implementation of the newly developed Centered Based Curriculum(CBC) has really been facing a lot of challenges since its proposal. The Curriculum has been seen as a very expensive one compared to the previous one.The President of Law Society of Kenya(LSK) Nelson Havi has promised to go to the court to stop the implementation of CBC.
In an assertion, Havi uncovered that he would document an appeal one week from now, contending that instruction in Kenya should not to be costly, wasteful and incapable.
