Kenyans have reacted after 15 schools in Bungoma County failed to pick their Kenyan Certificate of Primary Education and Kenya Primary School Education Assessment (KPSEA) as exams started. According to KNEC, the Centre Manager, who is the school headteacher or acting headteacher is responsible for picking and delivering exams from the container to the examination centre accompanied by the police officers.
When schools fail to pick their exams from the container, the exams will still remain in the container and the Investigations will be carried out. Therefore it investigate what happened with those schools.
"The exams will still remain in our stores as I investigate what happened with those schools, nobody will tamper with the exams." Bungoma South DCC Duncan Okwach revealed.
