Few days ago the Higher Education Loans Board announced that they had opened up their portal for the second subsequent undergraduate loan application. They invited all undergraduate students to apply for this loan.
The board is offering to fund this studying private institutions that are from recognized by the Commission for University Education.
The application has been made easier by introduction of the Helb app that requires each applicant to have only one shilling in his or her M-Pesa account to complete the process.
Below are simple procedure on how to apply using the mobile app.
First of all visit play store and download the Helb app on your phone and install it. After that, input your phone number and name as guided and enter the OTP code sent to you.
After getting the code reset your pin and log in the account using the new pin, now apply for the loan under the bachelor loan and wait for a clarification message to be sent to you.
