BREAKING NEWS: Why Transition To Junior High Could Blot CBC.

President Uhuru Kenyatta's government implemented a competency-based curriculum in Kenya. Thousands of teachers have been trained, and new junior and secondary school classrooms have been built as part of the government's investment in this new curriculum.

According to the source, fresh information concerning the grade 6 transition to junior secondary schools has just surfaced. According to a story provided by the Daily Nation a few minutes ago, secondary schools have so far utilised all of the classrooms built for junior secondary school pupils who will be anticipated next year after appearing for their grade 6 final examinations. High school instructors have stated that the CBC system changeover would not be effective because all junior secondary classrooms are currently completely occupied by form pupils.

Because their classrooms have been entirely taken by form one, this is bad news for all grade 6 kids who are also CBC pioneers. This will also put pressure on the government to build additional classrooms.

This comes after President Uhuru Kenyatta revealed that the new curriculum affects almost 6 million children.
