The top 50 grades in Grade 9 tell us a narrative or stories that we shouldn't ignore.
1. Only 9 men out of 50, and 41 women.
2. Only 9 of these 50 schools are GRZ schools.
3. Of these, 39 are Catholic institutions.
4. St Mary's accounts for 24 of these.
I wonder whether we're putting too much emphasis on "girl children" at the expense of "boy children."
Observations: GRZ Schools must put in even more effort! We can send our kids to GRZ as long as we make sure they are exceptionally brilliant or receive extra instruction. Would love to know what happened to the 9 GRZ kids.
This is an opportunity for our boys to look behind and identify their weak points. We should not experience the same results again next year.
The government should also look deep into boys' affairs. If left alone, these boys will not deliver.
