There have been mixed reactions after Town MP Peter Kaluma support for Kenya Methodist University's (KeMU) strict dress code within the learning institution. 
Peter Kaluma said that all universities across Kenya should enforce the decent dress code and he the politician added that universities are institutions that train professionals across different professions and dressing should match that.
On his Twitter, MP Kaluma said that,it should be enforced by all Universities and learning institutions because they are training leaders in various fields.
After what MP Peter Kaluma declared about universities to enforce dress code, there were many reactions on social media.
Dr Mbaabu said that All students are required to comply with the University code of dressing and wear appropriate attire during study, at meal times in the dining hall and in all university functions.
