NTSA has in recent months been running a sensitisation campaign urging road users to adhere to traffic laws to avoid future accidents.
A high school teacher lost his life in a grisly road accident along the Bumala-Butula road.
Odokano was heading towards Butula when he was involved in the tragic accident.
The school teaching staff and the students were thrown into mourning following the death of Odokano.
The school principal said that it was unfortunate that the life of his deputy had been lost through a road accident.
Following the accident, Butula sub-county police boss, Jacob Chelimo, called on drivers to always exercise caution in order to avert accidents.
Chelimo said that they are investigating the matter to establish the cause of the accident.
